I work with leaders, teams and organisations across sectors, with a deep understanding of complexity, transformation and the people behind it.

28 years of experience in creative and design agencies, at the intersection of concept, creation, brand and production. Responsible for campaigns and brand appearances for renowned companies including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, MINI, Volkswagen, Porsche, Maserati and Piëch Design. This deep understanding of agencies, clients and complex organisations forms the foundation of my transformation work.
